03 · CAM
3D-printed to the micron
Approved CAD models are 3D-printed in castable resin, grown as a tree of multiple pieces ready for the casting flask.
02 · Design Review
Reviewed against your brief
Sketches are reviewed against your specification — material, stone count, target weight and price — before the design moves to CAD.
04 · Prototype Review
Checked under magnification
Every printed model is inspected under a loupe for surface quality and dimensional accuracy before casting proceeds.
